The Australian Cattle Dog has a two-layer coat: a smooth and dense coat and a soft, dense undercoat. This dog’s coat is waterproof. On the legs, abdomen and neck, the hair of Australian Cattle Dog is longer than on the rest of the body. This breed sheds profusely 1-2 times a year. To remove dead hair, the dog should be brushed regularly with a stiff brush. The ears of the Queensland healer must be constantly cleaned of dirt and the claws must be trimmed. This breed is prone to retinal diseases, deafness, hip dysplasia.

Activity
